365 Days of iPhoneographyA photography project by Shane RobinsonFiled under: ocean92/365 - Planet Lanikai
A view of the Mokulua Islands off Lanikai Beach on the windward side of Oahu as seen from our friend's dining room table.
89/365 - Maui MeGuest photographer for today's 365 is @RoxanneDarling with this shot she took of me on a recent hop to Maui. 84/365 - @RoxanneDarling and INo "artsy" photo or special apps tonight. Just a fun photo @RoxanneDarling and I took yesterday at the Halona Blowhole on our way to Whole Foods in Hawaii Kai. The waves were huge and the blowhole was going off larger than we had ever seen. 69/365 - Chillin'@roxannedarling, Lexi, and I are currently homeless. Ok.... Not really. We've been kicked out of our house while our Realtor hosts a Broker's Open so all the Kailua Realtor can preview our home. Our house went on the market yesterday, http://rsr.me/halehiwahiwa. So we decided what better place to kill a few hours than at one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet, Kailua Beach. 51/365 - Lexi' Golden SunriseTook this a few weeks ago on one of our morning walks on Lanikai Beach. Straight from the iPhone except for a small crop in Photogene. 49/365 - Every Child Should......have the opportunity to play at the beach, on a Friday night, during sunset. 45/365 - Aloha MauiBack to Oahu today. See you in a few weeks, Maui! 35/365 - Looking at the FutureToday I have a guest photographer. My very own Roxanne Darling http://flavors.me/rox took this photo, with my iPhone, of me while I gazed out at the beautiful Maui waters. I'm on Maui for 10 days for the Maui Open Studios event, http://rsr.me/mauiopen and the waters of Maui are definitely part of my future. 33/365 - PolarizedShot this a while ago with my iPhone thru my Maui Jim sunglasses on a beautiful Lanikai morning. Cropped it in Instagram. 25/365 - Lucky We Live Hawaii"Lucky we live Hawaii" is an island saying that, like so many island words and phrases, can have many meanings depending on the context of the conversation and people involved in the conversation... Today is January 25, 2011, and the photo above (straight from my iPhone, no filters) was just one of dozens of vistas on my drive to Costco today, that made me say out loud, literally, to myself in the car, "lucky we live Hawaii." |
